Coach Matthew on HTT Academy’s emphatic victory

HTT Academy coach, Matthew gave his account of the match, reporting on the intricacies of our first win of the season.

“The match went great as it was truly a coming together of what the players have been working on in training as they controlled most of the game with their passing and tackling and communication and ball retention when they lost it was amazing to see.”

“We went behind at first but the determination of the players shone through as they were able to get back into the game and end the first half 5-1.”

“As the second half came around, it was much more the same with even more intensity from the start as they pressed the opposition high and this resulted in more goals although through errors we also conceded three but the boys ended up winning the match 10-4 with the man of the match going to Quddus
